Fish boutique owner Luigi Mattiucci has a superb wooden sink in his fresh fish shop on Blenheim Crescent, Notting Hill, Londre. He also has great coffee, here he is explaining why we need it.
Really though, Luigi is a fisherman and he has come to London to teach us about organic ready-to-eat raw fish dishes,
red tuna and swordfish, squids and prawns, and many others.
Plus, a white, red and sparkling wine selection to wash it all down.
